Welcome to Kingdom of Cambodia. I’m dedicated in giving you the very best in Southeast Asian cuisine from my home. Whether you prefer spicy, mild or in between I promise to provide you, your friends and family a traditional meal just like my mother and grandmother taught me how to make.

I have been creating Southeast Asian dishes for over twenty-five years. Originally following the recipes of my mother and grandmother before creating my own style. My mother lost her leg during the Vietnam war so at an early age I was designated the apprentice in the kitchen assisting my elders and mentors. My older sister was busy working in the rice fields and she had no interest in learning the culinary arts. My brothers also showed little interest until it was time to eat. Oh boy could they eat.

Living in Ecuador has been a wonderful experience for me and my own family. Cuenca is such a wonderful place. Although I’m not able to get the exact same ingredients for cooking I used in Cambodia, there are good substitutions.

Quality in cooking is very important to me, I prefer to use a good quality olive oil, sea salts and organic vegetables. I often mention this on (My cooking channel), I believe you want the same.
