When you make a reservation tell me which main course you wish and whether you prefer “mild” – “medium” – “spicy” – “extra spicy”. Cambodian food is NOT as spicy as Thailand. If you like a little kick medium is a safe choice. If you don’t specify I will cook as described on the list above.
