GO LIGHT: Some of the menu items include a go light option. Smaller portions by 1/2 – 1/3 less and a fruit option for dessert. You can opt for salad or veggies instead of rice.

  • #5. Pineapple Chicken: Tender pieces of chicken and pineapple delicately sauteed in a chili and garlic sauce. A little sweet and spicy. (I recommend to order this Medium to Spicy + ) $27.00

When you make a reservation tell me which main course you wish and whether you prefer “mild” – “medium” – “spicy” – “extra spicy”. Cambodian food is NOT as spicy as Thailand. If you like a little kick medium is a safe choice. If you don’t specify I will cook as described on the list above. I use Ghee or premium grade olive oil, sea salt and Himalayan pink salt in my cooking. RESERVATIONS
