COOKING WITH REY “Cambodian Style”

We are introducing several new dishes including our caramelized salmon on a bed of fried rice #13FRSAM, Fillet of beef & Broccoli, Shrimp or Chicken #10BB. Also on Saturdays and Sundays Cambodian Crepes “Banh Chao” Which is a savory delicate rice flour crepe made with coconut, turmeric, onion and chicken.

Chef Sreymom ( Rey ) invites you to experience the fragrant and colorful dishes from her home country Cambodia. Relax in a quiet, comfortable environment amongst friends and family as Sreymom (Rey) takes you through an exotic trip through the culinary delights of Southeast Asia

Located in beautiful Cuenca, Ecuador in San Sebastian park near the museum of Modern Art. Sreymom ( Rey ) has been cooking authentic Southeast Asian dishes for over twenty five years.
